nice office and equipment! there isn't a whole lot of choices for elective ultrasounds in the P.S but this place was wonderful! the man is very nice and throughout!

I just went here for my 17 week gender ultrasound and had an amazing experience. The tech is very nice and thorough. He made sure to go slowly and tell us what everything we were seeing was. He also made sure to get the best pics and printed out tons. Gender was confirmed over 3 times to make sure he was 100%. For everyone saying its hard to find i disagree i got confused and thought it was actually in the mall its not it literally a brown office building right across the street from Nordstrom. Take the stairs down the side of the building and bam you are at the bottom level where the office. I highly recommend this place!!!

I went in for a 2d gender scan at 16 weeks today to find out very quickly it was a boy!
He really knew what he was doing, it was a fun experience and I want to go back for a 3d ultrasound when I am farther along.
I definitely recommend this place for anyone, wether you want an early gender scan, or just extra photos of your little one.

I went here with my husband in 2013 when I was 16 weeks pregnant. He was leaving for Afghanistan in a week and we wanted to find out the gender of the baby before he left. The technician was so kind, patient, and knew what he was doing. At 16 weeks he was able to tell us we were having a boy! I cried tears of joy and he even had tissues ready because I'm sure he gets that a lot :) wonderful experience. I'm now pregnant with #2 and I can't wait to go back! I'd recommend this place to any family!

I asked my doctor about getting a 3D ultrasound, but they don't offer them and she recommended prenatal universe. The facility is on the tacoma mall plaza by Nordstroms and it was easy to find. We went there with a room full of people and the technician was very accommodating to my group as well as the office was clean and well equipped and I got to lay on a very comfortable bed. The tech was knowledgeable and the most patient person I ever seen! My parents were amazed and asked a lot of questions as they did not have this technology in their days so he explained it step by step and walked them through everything. We all enjoyed watching my little girl on a huge plasma screen across from the bed and it was ten times better than I ever thought it would be. He put so much effort to give us the best pictures and made sure we were satisfied with our visit. At the end we got color pictures, black and white pictures and plenty of 3D/4D digital images and video clips recorded on the DVD. The experience was one we will never forget and thank you for making it so special! This is a great technology and pricing is the best I have ever seen much cheaper with a much better value! I am going to recommend this place to all of my friends.

We went to Prenatal Universe for our 16 week anatomy scan and just went back for our 3D/4D ultrasound at 25 weeks. It was an awesome, amazing experience. The sonographer is knowledgable and takes his time to get the photos you want. The equipment is high tech and gives excellent pictures and video. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience! The building is a little confusing (just go to the basement floor) but the office itself is cozy and not clinic like (which I appreciated after all my regular ob visits). The tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He spent good quality time with us and was more than happy to answer questions. We got great quality pictures on hard copy and also on a disc at about a 1/4 of the cost of the Bellevue/ Issaquah places. Really glad we went and plan to go again before we deliver! I would definitely recommend Prenatal Universe to my friends!

Wow! I am very impressed. We went in for a 2d scan and recieved 3d images and 2 dvds. What a great deal. He was on time and very thorough. He said he was sure it was a girl, but checked many different images to be sure. He was very kind and professional. There is a large 50"+ tv for viewing images. Highly recomend his service. The only other thing I could say it could be a little more feminine in the scan room. We will be returning for the 28 week 3d session!!
